Deposits: A deposit will determine the pick of litter order. For example, the first deposit
on a chocolate female will get first pick on the chocolate females, the first deposit on a black male will get first pick
of the black males and so on. Picking order is determined by the order we recieve the deposit. When puppies
are 3 to 4 weeks old we will ask you to pick your puppy. You may pick based on pictures and information on puppies from
us, or schedule a time to come and visit and pick out your puppy in person, this will depend
on your position in pick of the litter. We spend time with these puppies every day and we will make every
effort to assist you in finding the right puppy for you.
The fastest way for us to recieve a deposit
is by PayPal or credit card. If you would like to send a personal check, cashiers check or money order and it takes
two days to get here you may lose a couple of positions in that time. Sorry, but we have accepted picks by word
over the phone, then the deposit never shows up. In that time we may have turned away somebody else
because we didn't have what they were looking for. If you send a check that is no good you will lose your
position in pick of the litter. Do not send cash through the mail!
You may also come and look at our
dogs or puppies at anytime that works with our schedule and make a deposit at that time. My wife and I both have full
time jobs and events with our children. Weekends and evenings work best for us.
Refunds:
Deposits will only be refunded if you make a deposit before a litter is born, and then the particular color or sex that you
have chosen is not produced. In this case your deposit will be refunded or can be transferred to a
future litter. If you make a deposit and we do produce the color and sex of puppy that you have
chosen and then you decide not to buy a puppy, your deposit will not be refunded. The reason for the
deposit is to make sure you are serious about having a new puppy. We don't want to lose any potential
homes for these puppies. Do not make a deposit unless you are a serious buyer.
Payments:
Puppies may be paid in full at any time after the litter is born. You may use PayPal or
a credit card to pay for your puppy through this website. If you would like to pay by personal check, we ask that you
send the check to us two week in advance of picking up the puppy. Do not send cash through the mail! You
may pay with a cashiers check, money order or cash when you pick up the puppy.
